2/14/01	Admin	Listener	Fixed failure in replication message sender which caused duplicate messages to accumulate at receiver.
01/17/01	Admin	Update Institution	Adding institutions through replication sent the two database table entries in a incorrect order (the child was sent before the parent). The replication messages are sent to all CAS servers in order of date/time, int_seq_no to preserve order when many requests inserted at the same time.
01/18/01	Admin	Update Institution	The logon_inst_abbrev was changed to read-only. The logon_inst_abbrev cannot be modified. The institution would need to be deleted, then re-added.
9/21/00	Admin	Update User Account	The password reset function failed for Oracle databases. The function was modified to work with Oracle.
9/21/00	Admin	Update User Account	Added function for administrators to change their own password. The reset password function was verified for all levels. Advisors can change their own, reset Students Admin can change their own, reset Students and Advisors Super-User can change their own, reset Students, Advisors and Admin
12/14/00	Guest	Menu	The guest help image/url uses the cas_help url definition for the default institution on the server (cas_server.default_uniq)
12/14/00	Guest, Student, Advisor	CEG	The CEG did not return the appropriate list of FROM institutions when the TO institution resides on a different CAS server than the current CAS server. The FROM list is correctly displayed for every TO institution selection.
10/9/00	Student	CEG	The CEG displays the target institution courses in correct order and text explanation when maximum and excess hours are defined.
01/17/01	Student	Create Account	Added maxlength to HTML input fields. The user cannot enter more characters than the database allows.
10/26/00	Student	Request Planning Guide	The courses going into the job_queue_sysin table reflect the year adjustment on the year/term conversion table. Both the year is adjusted and the term is converted.
05/07/00	Student	Request Planning Guide	Apostrophes in the course titles caused a sql error when submitting courses during the Request Planning Guide. The apostrophes are ignored now.
10/9/00	Student	Request Planning Guide	The default value for the com override value is null. Previously, the default value was spaces and caused problems when Requesting a Planning Guide. If no value is present or null exists, the inst_unique_cd is submitted as the com value.
12/22/00	Student	Your Courses	The institution name remains on the page when adding courses via free-form. Previously, the institution name disappeared after the first course was added to the temporary list of courses.
9/21/00	Super-User	Code Tables	New code table entries can be added through replication.
11/15/00	Super-User	Update AACRAO	The dnd_flg for institutions in the AACRAO crosswalk table is replicated.
01/18/01	Super-User	Update AACRAO	The default value for cas_name in the AACRAO crosswalk table is null. Previously, the default was spaces and some institution name appeared a spaces.

01/03/01	Admin	Listener	Added JDBC pool to the listener connection. The listener will recover the database connection after a brief database outage (like a database backup procedure).
10/26/00	Student	Request Planning Guide	The list of cross-reference institutions is filtered by state like the CEG FROM list. To choose a cross-reference institution, the Student selects a state and institution.
2/13/01	Student	Request Planning Guide	The CAS server name is inserted into the DARS job_queue_list table for the target institution. The server name value MUST be specific in the DARwin java daemon. The daemon will only select requests from the table where the daemon-server name and job queue list server name match.
10/26/00	Student	Request Planning Guide & CEG	CAS now converts all instid and source_id values when querying the DARS database (CEG and Request PG). The fice_code in the CAS database will be converted to one of the following coding schemes: IPED(71), ATP (72), FICE(73), ACT(74) codes based on the cas_institution.preferred.idq The DARS data must ALL use a single coding scheme (instid and source_id). You cannot have the instid as a fice code and source_id as ATP codes.
