Student Guide FINDING USEFUL INFORMATION IN STUDENT SERVICES Account Information can store the commonly used fields found on an On-line Admissions Application, and can then be used to send to an accepting institution to populate the fields on their online application. This eliminates the redundancy of entering the information into multiple on-line applications. Student Services is the main area to find additional information from different institutions regarding the students services offered there. Services such as, Financial Aid, Admissions and Registration. CONTACT INFORMATION At times, you will find information in CAS that poses more questions for you. Depending on the type of question will determine to whom the question should be directed. If the question is about an equivalency, requirements for a degree, or the applicability of coursework then it should be directed to the institution from which the information is coming. You can use the Help button to direct your question to that institution, or try to locate an advisor from that institution using their web site. When there is a problem with using the web site, or logging into CAS, then the question can be directed to CAS staff at cashelp@muohio.edu. ADDITIONAL CAS SERVICES Select the Change Password from the CAS menu to change your CAS account password. At any point in using CAS if there are questions, using the Help! button from the CAS menu will open a page that will give you the ability to ask a question of an institution or CAS Staff.
